Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an independent AI video workflow and generation service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is sold as Video Lab. We do not claim endorsement from any model provider, platform, or research team. References to third-party services are limited to compatibility, education, or workflow context.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Use the service to create, request, upload, share, or attempt to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Use the service for sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, abuse, deepfakes, face-swap, face-manipulation, impersonation, harassment, hate, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, or rights-infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass, probe, disable, or manipulate any content safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, rate-limit, or security system.

AI Content Safety

Prompts for AI video generation are screened before they are sent to a model provider. If a prompt is blocked or flagged by the content safety check, the request will not be sent to the model and generation credits will not be consumed.

Content safety screening does not replace your responsibility for what you submit or generate. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any prompt, reference image, video, audio, likeness, brand, or other material you use with the service.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. One-time credit packs are delivered to your account after successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
