Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using the AI video generation workspace safely and responsibly.

Last updated: 2026-06-12

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using our AI video generation workspace. It applies to prompts, reference images, uploaded files, generated outputs, account activity, API usage, and any content you submit through the service.

We operate an independent AI video workflow site. The service is sold as Video Lab and does not claim endorsement from any model provider, platform, or research team.

Content Safety Screening

Prompts for AI video generation are screened before a generation request is sent to the model provider. If a prompt is blocked or flagged by the content safety check, the request will not be sent to the model and generation credits will not be consumed.

Content safety screening does not replace your responsibility for the content you submit or generate. You must only upload and generate content that you have the right to use.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to create, request, upload, share, or attempt to generate:

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Sexualized content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion, exploitation, or abuse.
  • Deepfake, face-swap, face-manipulation, impersonation, or identity-misuse content.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, extremism, graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm.
  • Illegal goods, regulated goods, fraud, scams, evasion, or instructions for wrongdoing.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
  • Attempts to bypass, probe, disable, or manipulate content safety systems.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Writing prompts that comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.
  • Ensuring you have the legal right to use any uploaded image, video, audio, likeness, brand, or other source material.
  • Reviewing generated outputs before using, publishing, or distributing them.
  • Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, provider terms, and third-party rights.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke access, or take other action when we believe this policy has been violated. We may also cooperate with payment providers, infrastructure providers, rights holders, or legal authorities when required.

Reporting

If you believe content or activity violates this policy, contact support@bernini.app with enough detail for us to review the issue.
